We use the information we collect solely for the purpose of operating our association and fulfilling our mission. This includes:
- Maintaining an accurate roster of active SCARA members.

3. Third-Party Services
To safely and efficiently manage our organization, we utilize trusted third-party platforms:
- Zeffy: We use Zeffy to securely process all online donations. When you make a donation, your payment information is handled directly by Zeffy’s secure servers. SCARA does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
- Google Workspace: We use Google Forms for membership intake and Google Workspace for Nonprofits for our email and document hosting.
4. Website Cookies
Our website is built on WordPress, which may use basic “cookies” (small text files saved on your browser) to ensure the site functions correctly and loads efficiently. We do not use aggressive tracking cookies or sell browsing data to advertisers.
